Because our jewellery is handmade and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and dispatched.

No returns for earrings / wearable studs

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wearable studs or earrings (even if unworn).

If there’s a problem with your order

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Use our contact form and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been started/processed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
